Next Steps after Submitting the Form:
After your subscription has been processed, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with the subject line "You Got The Tickets". There will be three emails, one for each production of the season. Please look through spam to locate them, and please note it may take a few days from your form submission for your subscription to be fully processed.
Once you receive your ticketmaster emails, please scroll down on the email to select "View and Use Mobile Tickets”. This will allow you to "link" your tickets to your ticketmaster account, where they will be stored and tied to your account. Once linked to your account, you can view all your tickets in one place and access regular features including the option to transfer your tickets to another person if you choose. If you do not link your tickets to your ticketmaster account, you will need to keep your original ticket confirmation email as your ticket when you attend the productions.
Season Subscriptions are non-refundable. Performance date change requests are accepted as space permits. If so, the best available seats at time of request will be issued, which may be of equal or lesser value if comparable tickets are sold out for requested date change.
Upon completion of payment, tickets will be issued by email through Ticketmaster.
Ticket transfers to other parties are available through ticketmaster once tickets are issued.
